LAMINATION

Lamination - covering the surface with a special protective film  Press  from  externalities. Laminated  the surface of the prints  more durable, more resistant to UV rays, moisture, mechanical effects.

 

Possible lamination methods:

  • Roll laminator cold  way:
    - matte laminate;
    -  glossy laminate;
    high - strength laminate (used in  floor schedules).

    The maximum width of the laminated surface is 1.60 m, the length is unlimited. One-sided or two-sided lamination is possible.

​

  • Hot-rolled laminator:
    - thin or thick matte laminate;
    - thin or thick glossy laminate;
    - soft touch laminate.
     

    The maximum width of the laminated surface is 0.32 m, the length is unlimited.  One-sided or two-sided lamination is possible.

​

  • Hot-rolled laminator, thick lamination into thick laminate envelopes:
    - matte laminate;
    - glossy laminate.
     

    The maximum size of the laminated surface is A3.

Folding - folding a brochure / publication according to lines.

ROUNDING

Corner Rounding - A technology that rounds steep corners to the desired angle (s).

DRILLING HOLES

Drilling holes - making holes of various sizes with the help of a special drill.

BINDING

Riveting - riveting paper, tarpaulin or other material with rivets.

The riveting of the awnings allows it to be tensioned nicely on the structure or wall.

BINDING

Possible ways of stapling publications:

  • metal staples - standard (as a notebook)  or staples with special hooks (so that the publication can be placed in a standard binder);

  • spiral  (metal, plastic);

  • unibind ;

  • rivets;

  • gluing (soft cover, hard cover).

COPYING

Print a color, black-and-white copy, send it by e-mail, save it to a USB storage device. 

The maximum file area to be copied is 40 x 50 cm.

Resolution: 300 DPI.
